Account already in use

its been 1 day and i can log in because , it keeps telling me my account is already in use . i have been trying for a day and a half already please help!!  its 2 chars of mine that do this.

Hello, checked security system auto bans logs and found your data. You were using illegal programs, this why you cannot login.
