Mobs in Rift are not re spawning

Subj. Mobs spawn only once, when room changes and that`s all.
P.S. AFAIK this issue is due to ppl skipping rooms only to find Anakazel. This was solved by constantly reset room(rift?) timer (or something like that) on one of my previous servers

Rift works as retail and as it should. Please, check official information before you post.
