L2Blaze Patch wont open

Hi, i am trying to get ready for x70 server.  I downloaded client and installed it ok.  i downloaded the patch files, but they wont open.  it is a .rar file.  when i try to extract, it says  file cannot be extracted.  please help. TY

Hello, download Winrar and extract it. Also, it could be because of your anti-virus program. Sometimes it detect our patch as virus because of protection files inside. Before you try to extract it, try to turn off your AV.
